Life in 2012

I'm back for good! One of this year's resolution is to keep my blog updated every 2-3 times a week and no doubt I fail badly Y_Y Then, I would like to apologies that I haven't reply some of your emails Y_Y I will try to reply all of them soon.

I'm tired and busy especially when one of my colleague went to US for 3 freaking weeks and I have to handle his accounts. Sometimes, I really think I need another job *sigh

Recently, we have sign up to Unifi and it makes my life better =_= now I can upload all the pictures that I was supposed to blog since early this year!

We'll start with CNY 2012. Surprisingly, I was excited about CNY. First day of CNY will be always the same. We usually get dressed and wait for Campy's relatives to come.

First Day

This year, I went back to Malacca without Campy and poring.I had alot of fun there. This year, my relatives planned for this peranakan gathering & apparently, we are the 6th generation. To be honest, I'm not really close with any of my cousins =( we all kinda have language or culture barrier. 

They are all my uncles & cousins. My cousin, Sandra will be getting married next month & I'm looking forward to it =)

In February, I attend Sau Lai's wedding dinner in Overseas Restaurant. Campy and I nearly gotten into argument because we couldn't find the place. Anyway, watching Sau Lai getting married made me realized that time flies so fast that I start to wonder what's life all about.

We move on to Valentine's day. No celebration as I was too lazy to go out on weekdays =_= it's super tiring. Received flowers from Campy and also from someone else =D

March and April were all about relaxing, watching TVB drama, Running Man, We Got Married (Leetuk & Kang Sora) and spending time with friends and family.

Hot December

December was a really great month for me =D First, its because of the holidays that falls on Sunday so we had holidays on Monday instead. Second, I managed to shop in Times Square, Pavillion, Robinson and Sungei Wang. I mean how often do I get to shop at these places?

I think Pavillion's Christmas decoration was one of the best. I regretted not bringing my Pen T_T The pictures did not turn out nice since I'm using my Canon digital camera. Period!

I even took pictures with Zon with the Bears but I don't know where did the pictures went Y_Y They are just so CUTE! I googled and found out there are about 143 bears. These bears promotes living together in peace and harmony =)

Poring 3rd Birthday Celebration

On 26/11/11, my family arranged poring & my sister's baby boy birthday celebration at my sister's condo. My sister has been staying here for like 2 to 3 years but this is the first time I saw the swimming pool =_=; I don't swim anyway but the view was really nice =)

BBQ-ing beside the pool is one of the best ideas especially when you are in tight budget. Having Masy as the chef was even better =D The food was really good. Thanks to Anubis & Campy for spending so much time BBQ ing for us.

The bolognise spaghetti was really good. The tom yam fish was awesome! I'm definitely going to organize another BBQ gathering at my sister's place. I guess I was too excited to eat that I forgotten to take more pictures *_*

Poring was really excited when he saw all the toys around. I think he did enjoy himself. I didn't realize that time really flies. I guess my parents were right. Time flies even faster when you have kids! Although I'm not rich but I really appreciate my life. There are times where I whine that I don't have this and that but to think of it, there are much more people suffering out there. Poring is all I need at the moment =)

Malacca One Day Trip

 This is a backdated entry on our Public Holiday on 6/11/11 *dont kill me pls

How was your holiday? I was so happy it was a Public Holiday on Monday & I do not need to hear those noisy alarm clocks. Fyi, I need 3 alarm clocks in order to -..- wake up. Yeah I know it sucks a lot!

Anyway, my weekend was a great one! On Saturday, I went to Malacca for a one day trip with my family. It was a last minute planning so we decide not to stay. We reached there pretty late (about 5pm) & our first stop was my grandfather's house.

The scenery there is just breathtaking ..   

We went to one of our favourite typical nyonya food nearby. So far only my bro, sis and I love the asam laksa & dessert here. The rest didn't really enjoy because they said the taste is very common lol

After that, we went down to Jonker Street (a must go place in Malacca). However, it was so pack and I don't know how on earth did I manage to walk through -__-; I'm so sad that I didn't really get to shop stall by stall. Instead I helped out my dad to sell his stuffs *__*

After Jonker Street, we went to search for Satay Celup & finally we managed to find one. It was super stuffy, hot & packed! -_- I honestly prefer places where they have lesser people and better environment .. even if the food is not as good!

 

Managed to reach home by 12am and I had a good sleep in the car lol
